Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join Pizeonfly. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, attendance management, onboarding, documentation, and basic HR operations. You will play a key role in supporting daily HR functions and ensuring smooth processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles (job posting, screening, shortlisting, interviews).

• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.

• Maintain and update employee records, offer letters, appointment letters, and HR files.

• Monitor attendance, leaves, and basic payroll coordination.

• Assist in drafting HR policies, notices, and internal communication.

• Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.

• Handle employee queries and provide HR support.

• Organize team-building activities, training sessions, and HR initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, BBA, MBA HR, or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of HR software, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.

• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.

• Good understanding of HR processes and employment guidelines.
