Job Overview:
Pheme Entertainment Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support core Human Resource functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and performance management.
This is a target-based remote position that requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records (both digital and physical) and update internal HR databases regularly.
Oversee day-to-day HR operations: attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee documentation.
Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Assist in organizing employee engagement programs, training sessions, and performance appraisals.
Liaise with external vendors for services such as background verification, insurance, and labor law compliance.
Ensure HR practices are in line with current labor laws and organizational policies.
Prepare and present HR reports for internal audits and leadership.
Support disciplinary procedures and grievance handling.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 6 months of experience in Human Resources or related roles.
Proficient in MS Office and HR tools like Zoho, BambooHR, etc.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one local/regional language.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Must own a laptop/PC with a stable internet connection.
Salary & Incentive Structure:
Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience & performance)
Monthly Target: 2× of base salary
Incentives:
₹250 – For meeting entry-level target overachievement
₹500 – For moderate target depth
₹1000 – For high-level target achievement
Salary Retention Policy:
Minimum of 50% target achievement is required to receive full salary.
Performance below 50% may lead to salary deductions or probation extension.
Continued underperformance can result in non-confirmation or termination.
Probation Period:
Initial Duration: 3 months
Extension: Up to 5 months based on performance
Upon successful completion, salary becomes fixed (not target-based).
