Ø Understand staffing requirements and create job descriptions in coordination with department heads.
Ø Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Ø Screen resumes and applications; conduct initial interviews to assess suitability.
Ø Schedule and coordinate interviews with the relevant departments.
Ø Maintain a database of potential candidates and keep records of all recruitment activities.
Ø Issue offer letters and ensure pre-joining formalities are completed.
Ø Coordinate with new hires and internal teams for onboarding.
Ø Track recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
Ø Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal recruitment policies.
Ø Contribute to employer branding and talent pipeline development.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.
Ability to handle multiple roles and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
