We are looking for a responsible and organized HR cum Admin Executive (Female) to join our legal office. The ideal candidate should be proactive, reliable, and capable of independently handling HR & Admin-related responsibilities for a professional law firm environment.
Responsibilities:
Draft and post job listings on job portals and social media.
Schedule and coordinate interviews for advocates and legal interns.
Maintain biometric or machine-based attendance records of all staff.
Process and respond to leave applications.
Track and manage daily expenses of the office.
Maintain records of case allocations and work assigned to individual advocates.
Regularly update internal databases and reports.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
