HR EXECUTIVE
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the organization’s human resource functions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience in recruitment and HR coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
Maintaining employee records and HR databases
Handling joining, exit formalities, and documentation
Coordinating with department heads for manpower requirements
Attendance, leave management, and basic payroll coordination
Supporting employee engagement and HR initiatives
Ensuring compliance with company policies and HR procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / MBA in HR or related field preferred
0–3 years of experience as an HR Executive or HR Recruiter
Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
