Employee Onboarding & Joining:
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including offer letter issuance, background verification coordination, and new joinee documentation.
Conduct new employee orientation sessions, introducing company policies, culture, and benefits.
Ensure all pre-joining formalities are completed efficiently and accurately.
Employee Offboarding & Exit:
Handle the exit process for departing employees, including resignation acceptance, exit interviews, and full and final settlement documentation.
Coordinate with relevant departments (IT, Finance, etc.) to ensure a smooth handover of company assets and closure of accounts.
Prepare and issue experience letters and other necessary exit documentation.
Employee Data & Form Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both physical and digital) in the HRIS.
Ensure all employee forms (e.g., personal information, declarations, benefits enrollment) are properly filled, collected, and filed.
Regularly audit employee data for completeness and compliance.
Attendance Management:
Oversee the attendance tracking system, ensuring accurate recording of employee work hours, leaves, and holidays.
Address attendance-related queries and discrepancies, escalating as needed.
Generate attendance reports for payroll processing and management review.
Payroll & Salary Support:
Provide timely and accurate inputs for payroll processing, including attendance data, leave adjustments, bonus calculations, and deductions.
Assist in resolving employee queries related to salary, deductions, and benefits.
Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
General HR Support:
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement and welfare.
Handle employee grievances and provide basic HR advice as needed.
Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
