Maintain and regularly update attendance records.
Monitor employee check-in/check-out logs and biometric systems.
Calculate and track leave balances (CL, SL, EL) as per company policy.
Process and reconcile monthly attendance reports for payroll input.
Handle employee registrations and exits in EPF and ESIC portals.
Ensure timely monthly filing of EPF and ESIC contributions.
Address employee queries regarding UAN, PF transfers, and ESIC benefits.
Maintain compliance records and support audits.
Collaborate with finance or payroll teams to provide accurate attendance, leave, and compliance data.
Assist in the monthly salary processing cycle by verifying inputs.
Assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Conduct initial HR screening and documentation verification.
Maintain up-to-date employee records in HRMS or manual systems.
Prepare HR letters (offer letters, relieving, experience, etc.).
Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
