Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Conduct interviews in coordination with hiring managers.
Manage offer letters, appointment letters, and employee onboarding.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee queries and grievances.
Organize employee engagement activities and events.
Support initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.
Payroll & Attendance
Maintain attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
Coordinate with the finance team for salary processing.
Ensure timely and accurate payroll inputs.
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain employee records (both digital and physical).
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
Draft HR policies, procedures, and circulars.
Training & Development
Assist in identifying training needs.
Coordinate internal and external training sessions.
