Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, onboarding).

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.

• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.

• Conduct training, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.

• Manage payroll, attendance, and leave records.

• Support management in strategic HR planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

• Prior experience as HR Manager or HR Executive will be an added advantage.
