Intern :
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires
Maintain and update HR databases and employee records
Assist with organizing employee engagement activities and events
Help in drafting HR documents and policies
Support the team in day-to-day HR administrative tasks
Conduct research on HR best practices and industry benchmarks
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
