We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive who will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of job portals, candidate sourcing, and be confident in handling cold calling to attract and engage potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

• Source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, apna app, job hai, and networking.

• Conduct cold calling to reach and engage with prospective candidates.

• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.

• Support HR activities like employee engagement, documentation, and onboarding when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience (1–3 years) in recruitment or HR domain.

• Strong working knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence in cold calling and candidate engagement.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Good organizational and time management skills.
