Coordinate hiring for drivers, operational staff, and office employees as per manpower requirements.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and finalize candidates in coordination with management.
Handle onboarding formalities—joining forms, ID cards, induction, etc.
Maintain and update employee master data.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and driver duty slips from branches.
Coordinate with accounts for salary processing and ensure timely disbursement.
Manage overtime, incentives, and trip allowances as per company policy.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other labour laws.
Maintain proper records and liaise with consultants for timely returns and audits.
Keep updated knowledge of transport labour regulations.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
Maintain healthy relations with staff, drivers, and branch HR/admin teams.
Support branches in implementing HR policies uniformly.
Maintain personal files, HR letters (appointment, increment, warning, etc.), and digital records.
Assist in performance appraisal and training documentation.
Prepare monthly HR reports—headcount, attendance, turnover, etc.
Coordinate skill development and safety training sessions for drivers and operational teams.
Support in arranging internal or external HR/training programs
