POSITION TITLE: -HR EXECUTIVE

LOCATION:- Andheri Mumbai

REPORTING TO: -HR MANAGER

OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE: - Recruitment & Admin

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resource Duties:

• Support end-to-end recruitment of teaching and non-teaching staff (job postings, shortlisting, interview coordination, documentation).

• Handle onboarding and induction processes for new faculty and administrative staff.

Administrative Duties:

• Manage administrative documentation such as ID cards, NOCs, experience certificates, etc.

• Coordinate staff meetings, training programs, and internal communications.

• Liaise with departments for resource and facility requirements.

• Maintain compliance records related to HR audits, statutory reports, and institutional accreditations.

• Support event coordination, student-administration interface (for internships, placements, etc.), and campus logistics.

• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling institute data and staff matters.

Qualification:- BMS

Previous Experience:- Fresher can apply

Compensation Range:- 15,000 to 22,000
