Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, recruitment processes, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and timelines.

• Manage job postings and recruitment drives.

• Prepare offer letters and maintain candidate records.

2. HR Operations & Documentation:

• Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, performance reports, etc.).

• Prepare HR letters — appointment, confirmation, transfer, and relieving.

• Manage HRMS data and ensure accuracy of information.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement:

• Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement activities.

• Address employee queries, grievances, and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

• Assist in conducting performance appraisals and feedback sessions.

4. Compliance & Administration:

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.

• Support payroll processing and monthly HR reports.

• Coordinate training and development initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong understanding of HR processes and employment laws.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.

• Attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

Compensation:
