We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and engagement activities.
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely submissions to the accounts team.
Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures.
Conduct induction programs and training sessions for new employees.
Track attendance, leaves, and performance management activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
