Position: HR Executive
Location: Raipur Kota
Experience: 1–3 years
Salary: 15000-18000
Education: Bachelor’s degree or MBA (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, Payroll and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and post job descriptions on job portals.

• Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates.

• Coordinate onboarding, training, and employee orientation.

• Maintain employee records and process salaries.

• Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure high team morale.

• Manage exit procedures, documentation, and final settlements.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of HR processes and employment laws.

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Familiarity with MS Office and HR software/tools is a plus.
