Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates via job portals, social media, and employee referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements
Schedule interviews and manage communication with candidates
Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with ATS and job posting tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in recruiting for [IT/Non-IT/Manufacturing/etc.] roles
Knowledge of HR best practices
