Malgotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Malgopay) is a fast-growing fintech startup providing digital payment solutions such as mobile recharges, DTH payments, and cashback offers. We’re expanding our sales operations and looking for a proactive HR & Admin Executive to build and manage our Coimbatore team.
Human Resources:
End-to-end recruitment with a focus on hiring telesales and field sales teams.
Source candidates through job portals, campus drives, and references.
Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and onboard selected candidates.
Maintain employee records and handle documentation (offer letters, ID cards, etc.).
Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Support implementation of HR policies and employee engagement activities.
Handle performance monitoring and assist in PIP (Performance Improvement Plans).
Administration:
Oversee day-to-day office operations and facilities management.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, and logistics.
Maintain asset records (laptops, SIM cards, etc.).
Support management in maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR and Admin roles (experience in startup or sales recruitment preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Tamil.
Ability to join immediately and work from office.
