Maintain and monitor daily employee attendance and leave records.
Ensure compliance with attendance and punctuality policies.
Handle employee queries and grievances with a problem-solving approach.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Prepare and maintain HR-related MIS reports.
Support in payroll processing by providing accurate attendance data.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Promote employee engagement and maintain a healthy work environment.
