We are looking for young graduates with 0-4 years of experience in

1. Sourcing and screening the profiles (IT Trainer/Consultants) from internal CRM /  LinkedIn / Head Hunting / Social Media approach.

2. Organizing the technical calls with the business team for the skills/technology review

3. Coordinate with  trainer on right solutioning as per the business needs

4. Commercial discussion with trainer/consultants.

5. Coordinate with the business team for the delivery of the training/consulting assignments

6. Responsible for the customer success with respect to L&D engagements

1. Key skills
   Strong communication and interpersonal skills

1. Excellent command over English (written & Oral)

2. Work exposure on IT recruitment or as a learning & development coordinator.

3. Should be a good team player and team management skills

4. Exceptionally good in managing the customers
