HR Executive - Learning & Development
We are looking for young graduates with 0-4 years of experience in
Sourcing and screening the profiles (IT Trainer/Consultants) from internal CRM / LinkedIn / Head Hunting / Social Media approach.
Organizing the technical calls with the business team for the skills/technology review
Coordinate with trainer on right solutioning as per the business needs
Commercial discussion with trainer/consultants.
Coordinate with the business team for the delivery of the training/consulting assignments
Responsible for the customer success with respect to L&D engagements
Key skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent command over English (written & Oral)
Work exposure on IT recruitment or as a learning & development coordinator.
Should be a good team player and team management skills
Exceptionally good in managing the customers
Remunerations & work culture
