Lead Height is a fast-growing digital marketing and sales solutions company, dedicated to driving growth for businesses across India. We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to join our team and support our recruitment and employee management functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.

• Draft and post job descriptions across various platforms and coordinate with placement agencies or institutions.

• Manage onboarding activities: offer letters, joining formalities, induction sessions, and documentation.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.

• Assist in policy implementation, payroll coordination, and performance review processes.

• Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure a positive workplace culture.

• Support HR initiatives such as training programs, team-building activities, and employee engagement events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of HR experience (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and recruitment platforms is a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR management tools.
