We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This role will focus on managing end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting the organization with daily administrative and HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Coordinate and manage the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms (job boards, social media, internal portals)
Liaise with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database
Support day-to-day office administration including supplies, logistics, and vendor coordination
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any field
0–1 years of experience in recruitment
Strong understanding of HR processes
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
