About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, compliance support, and HR operations. The role is ideal for students or fresh graduates looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process (sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).

• Maintain and update employee attendance, leave, and records.

• Support onboarding and induction process for new hires.

• Help organize employee engagement and cultural activities.

• Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.

• Assist with payroll data collection, reimbursements, and compliance requirements.

• Manage HR emails, queries, and follow-ups.

• Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day tasks.

Requirements

• Pursuing/completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
