Designation: HR Generalist

Location : Satellite, Ahmedabad

Working Day: Monday - Saturday

Timing: 10:00AM - 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle end-to-end recruitment & onboarding

• Draft and implement HR policies & ensure statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC etc

• Manage HRIS system, payroll, attendance & leave records

• Maintain employee database & HR documentation

• Establish and drive performance management & appraisal process

• Plan employee engagement & grievance handling

• Coordinate training & development initiatives

• Manage employee life cycle (letters, confirmation, exit formalities)

• Prepare HR reports & MIS for management

• Support culture building and communication

Requirements :

• Able to drive HR processes from scratch.

• Proactive, people-oriented, approachable.

• Adaptable to startup culture and multitasking.

• Strong documentation, reporting & HRMIS skills.
