Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive – Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the organization’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Source candidates using various methods (e.g., job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals).
Screen resumes and job applications to shortlist potential candidates.
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' suitability for the role.
Schedule interviews with department heads and coordinate interview logistics.
Manage the offer and onboarding process for selected candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and generate recruitment reports.
Enhance employer branding and participate in recruitment marketing activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies.
Assist with other HR functions as needed (e.g., induction, documentation, employee engagement).
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
