We are hiring an enthusiastic and result-driven HR Recruiter who will be responsible for bulk hiring of Field Agents for Rapido Process. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, coordinating, and onboarding candidates for field-based roles.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Hiring field agents for Rapido process through calls, referrals, and local sourcing

• Bulk calling and candidate follow-ups on a daily basis

• Explaining job roles, process details, and earning structure to candidates

• Scheduling interviews and coordinating onboarding

• Handling candidate queries and maintaining hiring trackers

• Ensuring daily/weekly hiring targets are achieved

Eligibility / Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)

• Good communication skills

• Experience in bulk hiring / field sales hiring is a plus

• Ability to work with targets and pressure

• Smartphone and internet connectivity mandatory
