Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
Manage candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
Draft and release offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
Support new employee onboarding and induction process.
Maintain positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Build and maintain relationships with colleges and recruitment agencies.
Stay updated with current hiring trends and market insights.
