✅ Assist in end-to-end recruitment (Job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding)
✅ Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases
✅ Support in payroll coordination and attendance verification
✅ Prepare HR documentation – offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, NOCs, etc.
✅ Assist in employee engagement & training activities
✅ Coordinate with departments for staff requirements and updates
✅ Handle joining & exit formalities (documentation, NOC, clearance, etc.)
✅ Assist in maintaining compliance and organizational policies
✅ Respond to employee queries in a professional manner
✅ Support day-to-day HR and admin tasks
🔹 Graduate or pursuing degree in HR/Management
🔹 Basic knowledge of HR operations and recruitment
🔹 Good communication and interpersonal skills
🔹 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
🔹 Smart, presentable, and eager to learn
