Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, on-boarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.

• Help with employee on-boarding and documentation.

• Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.

• Support in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.

• Assist in drafting HR letters and maintaining HR files.

• Help track attendance, leaves, and basic payroll data.

• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by HR Manager.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources / MBA / BBA / Psychology / related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR operations.
