Recruitment: Create and post job ads, source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and extend offers
Onboarding: Conduct orientation sessions, complete documentation, introduce new hires to company culture and systems .
Address grievances, manage conflict resolution, and promote a healthy workplace
Organize engagement initiatives like surveys, recognition programs, and wellness
Develop salary structures, administer benefits (healthcare, retirement, leave), and oversee payroll
Draft, update, and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws.
Maintain confidential employee records; ensure compliance with data protection and labor regulations
Manage exit procedures: conduct exit interviews, settle final pay, and facilitate knowledge transfer
Employee Registration and Onboarding
Register new eligible employees under ESIC and EPF portals.
Maintain accurate employee records including UAN (Universal Account Number) for PF and ESIC numbers.
Guide new hires on the benefits and use of ESIC and PF.
Calculate monthly PF and ESIC contributions as per statutory rates.
Ensure timely deduction from salaries and employer contribution.
