Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Manage end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Prepare and update HR policies in line with organizational needs.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and ensure timely reporting.
Handle employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team events.
Prepare and update regular MIS reports related to HR activities.
Support in handling employee queries and day-to-day HR operations.
Administration
Oversee office administration including vendor management, supplies, housekeeping, and facility coordination.
Manage vendor payments and monthly bills as per company procedures.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and training sessions.
Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure.
Assist management in cost control and compliance-related support.
