Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a Recruiter Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and support various aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, and networking).
Conduct initial candidate assessments to determine suitability for open positions.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates throughout the hiring process.
Support employer branding initiatives by promoting the company culture to potential candidates.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and execute recruiting strategies.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities.
Proactive and eager to learn about the recruitment process.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
Prior experience in recruiting or HR (even as a volunteer or campus ambassador) is a plus.
