About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Female HR Executive to join our team in Gwalior. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, compliance, and administrative support. Candidates with experience in the real estate industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.

• Handle statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, and other labor law formalities.

• Oversee the mediclaim and insurance processes for employees.

• Maintain and manage all HR documentation and employee records.

• Support the Director in administrative tasks and coordination (including EA-related responsibilities).

• Assist in formulating and executing HR policies and procedures.

• Ensure employee engagement and grievance handling.

• Coordinate with external agencies for compliance audits and documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or a similar profile.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong understanding of HR processes and statutory compliance.

• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).

• Experience in the real estate sector will be an added advantage.

• Must be a female candidate ready to join immediately.
