· Maintain daily attendance of office and site staff.
· Monitor IN/OUT timings via WhatsApp group (including project & location details).
· Keep accurate attendance records for payroll processing.
· Prepare and manage monthly payroll with statutory deductions (PF, etc.).
· Issue salary slips to employees on time.
· Coordinate with accounts for disbursal and salary-related clarifications.
· Enroll new employees in PagarBook for salary & attendance tracking.
· Listen and respond to employee concerns professionally.
· Maintain confidentiality and escalate serious matters to management.
· Provide resolution and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
· Manage full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, and interview coordination.
· Prepare and issue offer and appointment letters.
· Complete onboarding formalities including document collection and ID generation.
· Prepare HR documents: appointment, offer, relieving, experience, and F&F letters.
· Ensure proper filing (physical & digital) of all employee records.
· Implement and enforce company rules and HR policies.
· Communicate updates clearly to all employees.
· Take corrective actions for non-compliance.
· Assess manpower requirements across departments and projects.
· Coordinate with contractors/vendors for skilled/unskilled manpower supply.
· Maintain records of deployed workers through vendors.
· Ensure proper placement of company posters/pasters at all relevant areas.
· Conduct regular checks and prepare alignment reports for management review.
· Track company assets (phones, laptops, ID cards, etc.) issued to employees.
· Ensure assets are returned before full & final settlement during exit.
· Prepare and manage daily/weekly fooding list for office and site staff.
· Coordinate with vendors/canteens to ensure timely and accurate meal delivery.
· Handle other office facility-related tasks assigned by management.
· Maintain updated employee records and files.
· Support internal HR projects and initiatives as required.
· Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations in coordination with all departments.
