Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment and selection processes (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews).
Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
Support performance management and employee appraisal processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Assist in organizing training and development initiatives.
Coordinate HR events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
Generate HR reports and metrics as needed.
Support the payroll process by collecting and verifying attendance and leave records.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESI, TDS, professional tax, gratuity, etc.
Coordinate with HR for new joiner, resignation, and full & final settlement processing.
