2. Job Description (Roles & Responsibilities):
(a) Will be responsible to handle end to end employee life cycle like Talent Sourcing, Screening, Interview Coordination, Recruitment, On-boarding, Induction, Training, Performance Management (OKR), Exit Interviews, F&F process, etc. and handling day to day HR activities.
(b) Developing & Implementing HR Policies, SOPs, in view with best applicable practices.
(c) Address employee relations issues.
(d) Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality & optimizing use of HRMS system.
(e) Preparation of wages and salaries sheet for staff and workers.
(f) Contractual manpower handling - Compliance, attendance, checking & verifying Invoices etc.
(g) Filling returns of PF, ESIC challans, LWF, employment exchange etc.
(h)Team Engagement & Relationship activities.
(i) Grievance handling, if any.
(j) Regular updation of team Role Clarities.
(k) Submission of annual return under different Labour laws –PF Return, ESIC, LWF, Trade & Factory Act, etc.
(l) Managing and keeping the records of all applicable licences and compliance.
(m) Liasoning with government agencies or with relevant agencies as and where required.

(n) Administration: 1) Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communications and announcements. Handle general administrative tasks, such as communication, correspondence, filing, and document management.
2)Provide administrative support to management as required.
3)Oversee office operations, including facilities management, hygeine, cleanliness, etc.
4) Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and logistics coordination.

3. Candidate Profile:
(a) 3-7 years of experience with HR & Generalist, preferably in a manufacturing company.
(b) Background/ Academic credentials in HR.
(c) People person, soft-spoken and understanding
(d) Excellent communication & writing skills.
(e) Extremely proactive & initiative taker.
(f) Physically fit, non-smoker or tobacco chewing.
(g) Age: Preferably 28-35yrs, but not more than 35yrs.

7. Job Location: Bhayla, Bavla (near Ahmedabad, Gujarat) and Navrangpura, Ahmedabad
8. Remuneration: If the candidate is identified to be a good match with a proven track record, 3/3 10-25% hike from the existing remuneration + incentives.
