Key Responsibilities:

• -  Handle the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and selection.

• -  Manage employee onboarding and documentation processes.

• -  Willingness to learn and assist in payroll-related tasks.

• -  Help organize employee engagement activities and training sessions.

• -  Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.

• -  Coordinate with various departments for smooth HR operations.

  Mandatory Skills and Requirements:

• -  Good command of MS Office, especially MS Excel and Word.

• -  Strong organizational and communication skills.

• -  Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

• -  Proactive, detail-oriented, and a good team player.

  Experience: 0–3 years of experience in an HR role (freshers may also apply).
  

  Educational Qualifications: MBA with a specialization in HR or other related.
  
  Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (No Bar For Right Candidate.)
