• Tadka Rani – specializing in Indian Curry & Tandoor cuisine.

• MCBC (Meal Combo Box Company) – offering global and healthy meal combinations.

We are a 24x7 operation across Delhi & Gurgaon, and are looking for an HR Executive to strengthen our people operations.

Role: HR Executive

The HR Executive will be responsible for Shift Management, Hiring, and Onboarding of staff across our kitchens. This role is central to ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining a strong workforce.

Work Schedule

• Operations: 6 days a week (Tuesday weekly off).

• Location: Delhi NCR (Greater Kailash, Delhi & Gurgaon – DLF Phase 4).

• Shift: 9-hour shift, flexibility required to coordinate with both day & night teams.
  

Responsibilities

• Shift Management:

  • Maintain kitchen shift rosters for chefs, commis, packing & dispatch, and utility staff.

  • Track attendance, leave, and extra hours.

  • Coordinate replacements for absent staff and ensure compliance with labor policies.

• Hiring & Recruitment:

  • Source candidates for kitchen, dispatch, and support staff roles.

  • Post job openings, screen CVs, and schedule interviews.

  • Liaise with agencies, institutes, and references for manpower supply.

• Onboarding & HR Processes:

  • Handle documentation, ID creation, and policy orientation for new joiners.

  • Manage ESI, PF, and company-provided accommodation onboarding.

  • Maintain HR records, update staff master sheets, and support payroll inputs.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate degree (BBA, B.Com, or HR specialization preferred).

• Experience: 1–3 years in HR operations.

• Preferred Background: Hospitality / Cloud Kitchen / Restaurant industry experience will be a plus.

• Skills:

  • Strong organizational & roster management skills.

  • Good communication (Hindi & English).

  • Basic knowledge of labor law compliance (ESI, PF).

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets & HR tools.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Bracket: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience).
