We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Executive with a minimum of 6 months of HR experience to support our recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. You will play an important role in creating a positive workplace culture and ensuring smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Handle attendance, leave management, and basic payroll coordination.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in an HR role.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
