Job Responsibilities

Recruitment and talent acquisition

• Conduct job analyses to identify needs and create job descriptions.

• Post job openings on various platforms and screen applications.

• Coordinate and conduct interviews and other selection processes.

• Perform background and reference checks.

• Negotiate and create job offer letters. 

Employee relations and engagement

• Resolve internal conflicts and handle employee grievances.

• Counsel employees and address workplace issues.

• Organise and manage company events, activities, and team-building exercises to improve morale and engagement.

• Conduct exit interviews and manage the termination process. 

Performance management

• Execute annual employee review procedures.

• Support managers in applying structured performance appraisal processes.

• Develop and implement employee performance improvement plans.  

HR administration and reporting

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

• Monitor and analyse HR metrics, such as turnover and cost-per-hire.

• Oversee the company's on boarding and off boarding processes.
