Roles & Responsibilities
Managing end to end recruitment processes, creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various platforms.
Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Overseeing the onboarding process for new hires, releasing the offer letters, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Managing employee records, employee files, and updating HR databases.
Overseeing payroll and ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Managing employee's exit formalities where tasks include issuing of experience letters, relieving letters and full and final settlements.
Always being proactive in maintaining the candidate pool for immediate and future requirements
Can proactively support in organizing Employee Engagement activities every month.
Handle and solve the Grievance of the employees.
Contributing to the overall success of the organization by fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Required Skills
Preferably Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related field.
2+ years of experience in HR management or related fields, such as recruiting or training.
Must have very good communication skills.
Should be well versed with analytical skills.
Should be excellent in organizing work and be able to work independently in a team.
Willingness to learn new skills and should be able to maintain a healthy relationship with the employees.
Should be at least aware of all the Microsoft Office tools.
Should be positive while working and should pro-actively conduct in the events, team building activities, etc at the workplace.
