We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and induction programs.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Assist in conflict resolution and ensure a positive working environment.
HR Operations:
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and physical files.
Prepare HR-related documentation, including offer letters, employment contracts, and other formal correspondence.
Payroll & Attendance:
Monitor attendance and leave records.
Coordinate with the finance/payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Assist in audits and regulatory reporting.
Performance Management:
Support performance appraisal processes.
Track KPIs and assist in employee evaluation documentation.
Training & Development:
Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
Assist in identifying training needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in an HR role.
Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., SAP, Zoho, or BambooHR).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
