About the Role: We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage the full spectrum of HR functions across our branches. The ideal candidate should be versatile in handling end-to- end HR operations, from recruitment to statutory compliance. The candidate will be responsible for handling manufacturing company FPL (Hyundai, MG & TATA) which will be assigned to you.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

·  Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters

·  Oversee statutory compliance including ESI, PF, and other labor laws

·  Maintain HR records, policies, and documentation

·  Support payroll inputs and leave/attendance management

·  Coordinate training and development initiatives

·  Ensure smooth branch-level HR operations and act as a liaison between employees and management

Requirements:

·  Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field

·  2 years of HR Executive experience (manufacturing/service sector preferred)

·  Strong knowledge of statutory compliance (ESI, PF, labor laws)

·  Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

·  Willingness to travel between branches as required
