As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to ensure we meet the company’s staffing needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements.

• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Manage candidate pipeline and provide timely updates to hiring managers.

• Handle candidate offers and negotiations, ensuring alignment with company compensation guidelines.

• Maintain and update candidate tracking records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs.

• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and labor market conditions.
