As a Recruitment Specialist at EnFuse Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and selecting exceptional candidates to meet our clients' IT and Non IT  staffing needs. You will leverage your expertise in the IT industry to identify top talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and facilitate seamless recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

• Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.

• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate candidate feedback sessions.

• Negotiate offers and onboard new hires effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree / Post Graduate.

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, with a focus on recruitment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
