Post job ads, screen applications, schedule interviews, coordinate hiring process
Facilitate onboarding: paperwork, induction sessions, orientation, policy briefing.
Maintain accurate physical and digital employee records: contracts, attendance, leave, exits
Support payroll inputs & liaise with consultants for PF, ESIC, payroll audits, etc.
Monitor adherence to labor laws and update policies accordingly .
Handle employee queries relating to HR policies, benefits, leave entitlements, etc.
Manage grievance handling and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Help coordinate training sessions and track participation and conduct R&R activities.
Assist in performance appraisal logistics, KRA tracking, review documentation
Prepare headcount, attrition, hiring reports, and comply with audit or statutory needs
Handle general admin tasks such as facility oversight, maintaining registers, procurement coordination
