We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter cum Executive to manage the full recruitment cycle and support our growing talent needs. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
Source candidates using job boards, social media, databases, networking, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview schedules.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Participate in career fairs, campus hiring events, and employer branding activities.
Prepare offer letters, facilitate negotiations, and support the onboarding process.
Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor laws.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Recruiter
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and selection methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
