The HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Human Resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training and development, and HR strategy. The role ensures HR practices support business goals while fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals
Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Coordinate performance management and appraisal systems
Drive employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives
Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation
Advise managers and employees on HR policies and best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
3+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office tools
