Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
Support recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain HR records, reports, and compliance documentation.
Assist in grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and policy implementation.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to build a positive workplace culture.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment (freshers with strong internship experience may apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
