One-on-one interaction with laborers, supervisors, admin, and office teams regularly
Explain company’s vision, mission, and values in a simple and relatable manner
Share important messages from directors and senior leadership
Regularly update employees on company growth, plans, and milestones
🔹 Motivation & Inspiration
Identify demotivated team members and inspire them with examples, appreciation, and purpose Conduct motivation sessions (short & informal at sites/offices)
Encourage responsibility, discipline, and teamwork through conversations
🔹 Gifts & Material Distribution
Distribute company-provided gifts, uniforms, PPE, notebooks, or any other materials with explanation and appreciation
Manage small appreciation tokens and ensure fair and positive delivery
🔹 Feedback & Reporting
Collect feedback from team members and share with management
Suggest improvements or ideas based on ground-level observation
Submit simple monthly reports on engagement activity
